WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO:

  • Anyone with open or infected wounds in the treatment area.
  • Anyone with a nail condition or poor health that may be contagious or could be harmed by our services.
  • Diabetic clients! Please inform your technician so we can provide proper care. NO CUTTING SERVICES ARE ALLOWED.
  • Anyone who is rude, mean, or disrespectful.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

  • All services are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • If your nails become scratched or misshaped, please notify us within 24 hours of your service. You must schedule an appointment to have them fixed within 7 days of your initial service.
  • We will re-do your service at no cost only if you inform us during the service that you are not satisfied. Once you leave the salon, it means you are happy with your nails.
  • If our technician has confirmed and discussed your satisfaction during the service, we will not redo the work for free later. Any repairs or replacements due to damage caused by the client will be charged. (Example nails chipped, broken, or lifted due to lack of proper care.)
